HDPE Fire Pipe

PE Pipe significantly reduces the spread of flame in a fire. As a result of excellent localized surface charring properties, carbonaceous char forms on the product after being exposed to flames which effectively protects the pipe and its contents from ignition.

PE fire pipe is also called HDPE fire pipe. Because it is made of polyethylene, it is often used in the laying of outdoor fire pipe systems.

HDPE Red Stripe Fire Pipe is made of high-density polyethylene (HDPE) as raw material and added with red pigment through a plastic extruder. It is particularly suitable for acid-resistant and corrosion-resistant environments. Since PE fire pipes use hot melt and electric fusion connection, the interface and pipe are integrated, and can effectively resist the hoop stress and axial impact stress generated by internal pressure; PE fire pipes are corrosion-resistant and do not require anti-corrosion treatment. They have a long service life and a minimum service life of 50 years.
